Thinc Projects is seeking an experienced Office Administrator who will also provide support in a Receptionist capacity at our busy Perth office. We require someone who is self motivated and who understands customer service. We value someone with a strong focus on continuous improvement, corporate etiquette and who will fit in well within our existing team.
This role is pivotal to the functionality, support and smooth operation of our growing WA office, and as such to be considered for the role you must have:
- 3 + years experience as an Administrator
- Excellent Microsoft skills, in particular Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A ’can do and will do’ positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Have a mature and professional approach to work, be a supportive team player, and have a genuine interest in providing superior office Administration Support
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving, screening and distributing all incoming calls
- General reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors
- Meeting coordination – agendas, catering and minute taking
- General office administration support
- Organising and coordinating office operations to ensure maximum effectiveness & efficiency
- Continuously improving the office procedures, communications and support to ensure the highest level of service is provided to internal and external clients
- Ensuring the office environment is professionally presented and adequately equipped.
- Supporting employee awareness and compliance with, all HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, QA, OHS, and office policies and procedures
- Providing Project Administration support to the Project Managers though the compilation, formatting and submission of project reports, tenders and proposals.
- Assisting the Regional Manager with HR duties, including coordinating the recruitment process
