Ben is a director of Thinc’s Health Business. Ben has acquired wide-ranging experience on health projects up to $1B in value. He’s adept at managing health projects at every point in their lifecycle, from the development process through to initiation, scoping, consultation, design, procurement and construction. Ben’s years in the sector gives him an expert understanding of the risks specific to health projects where he applies a systematic approach to completing tasks. He has carried out a number of programming roles and – as result – he has a detailed understanding of the decanting and migration issues associated with operational health facilities. Ben also understands the importance integrating FF&E and ICT solutions into modern health facilities. Someone who understands the time priorities that health users face, Ben is a team player who’s committed to enabling his clients to obtain value for money in complex operating environments.
