Campbell Mackie
Title:Business: Thinc Group
Campbell Mackie is an Executive Director of Thinc Group Holdings (TGH), the Deputy Chair of the TGH Board and Chair of the Thinc Projects Australia and Thinc Health Boards. He also has direct responsibility for a range of strategic projects within the Group.
Campbell recently retired from his role as CEO of Thinc Group after leading the business through a period of significant change, successfully refocusing its strategic direction and undertaking a major organisational restructure.
A founding shareholder of the Group (who established one of its antecedent companies in 1986), Campbell’s career spans more than 40 years. He has the knowledge and expertise that comes with decades of experience: during his professional life Campbell has advised, facilitated and delivered a wide range of significant building and engineering projects in Australia, Europe and Asia.
Over the course of his career Campbell has also acquired a reputation for providing strategic financial and risk management solutions, and his attention to sound governance principles will continue to be in evidence in his role guiding the Group.
In addition, Campbell can point to over 30 years’ experience a serving as a company director, working on boards in Australia and Asia. Campbell is also a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and a Fellow of the Australian Institution of Engineers.
