Roger has 30 years’ experience in the health sector, having worked throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. His expertise in project direction, health planning, project management and architecture is widely recognised. His experience encompasses projects that vary widely in terms of scale and complexity; his projects range from large upgrades of tertiary campuses to small projects in developing countries.

Roger has a strong client focus and uses collaborative techniques to facilitate the management of the client’s/user group process throughout the planning and design phases of projects. He has a particular interest in the long term strategic planning of health facilities and ensures that their adaptability is such that they can accommodate future needs. His skills in strategic planning are underpinned by his ability to offer feasibility and strategic asset analysis that supports successful business decisions at the organisational, regional and state level.
