One of Thinc’s founding owners, Tim Turpin is a Director of the Thinc Group. A member of the NSW Urban Task Force, the Urban Development Institute of Australia, the Property Council of Australia, he also holds a Bachelor of Science in Building from UNSW, along with postgraduate qualifications from Australian Graduate School of Management. With over 25 years’ experience in development and project management, Tim has acquired a reputation for his ability to initiate, advise on, facilitate and deliver a diverse range of significant and complex projects throughout Australia. Tim has particular expertise in Mixed Use Residential Developments, Aged Care and the Commercial market sectors. His industry experience – together with dedication to achieving his clients’ objectives – makes Tim an ideal business and project leader. Recently appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Thinc Group, Tim is keen to pursue his interest in tracking the emerging industry trends that will shape Thinc’s future.
