367 Collins Street is a landmark Melbourne CBD Office Tower. Owner Colonial First State Property appointed our Commercial team to undertake a comprehensive sustainability review of this asset in order to maintain its A Grade Commercial Office rating well into the future. Our team ran several workshops to confirm the project objectives and to obtain the necessary building data for the review. After working with a specialist ESD consultant we produced our final report, which addressed several key areas. The report provided an assessment of the building’s current environment performance against industry-accepted standards, such as the Australia Building Greenhouse Rating and Green Star schemes. Our team also gave cost effective recommendations on how to improve the building’s green performance to achieve specific targets, and reviewed the tenant manual.
