Resitech has engaged Thinc’s Affordable Housing team to deliver a medium density residential redevelopment for seniors across six sites in two Sydney suburbs, Concord and Abbotsford. The client’s requirements for this quality project include the provision of environmentally sustainable design features, a selection of finishes that will assist in reducing overall maintenance, and delivery of an aesthetically pleasing outdoor common spaces that will enhance residents’ quality of life.
Our team’s experience delivering seniors’ living developments, as well as our proven systems for managing quality, ensures these requirements are articulated to the design team, reflected in the design documentation and ultimately implemented in the finished project.The result will be a sustainable project with a very different look and feel from a typical NSW Department of Housing product that brings lasting benefits to seniors in the local community.
