As project manager for our client AMP Capital Investors, Thinc’s Commercial team managed the briefing, documentation, design process and construction. We used a delivery method known as Guaranteed Maximum Fixed Price with Due Diligence, which involved appointing the builder for a fixed lump sum price before design documentation was developed. The builder took on the responsibility for documentation errors, which increased the certainty of final costs for the building owner.

The 12-storey development has a net lettable area of 16,950 sqm, and is rated as a high B building with A grade services. It is located at Coronation Drive Office Park, close to the Brisbane CBD.
