Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) is currently implementing a demanding, comprehensive program of redevelopment within the airport precinct. This capital works project requires a number of individual upgrades to both air-side and land-side assets, including H.V, and pavement and ash felt upgrades. New buildings are also being constructed and it is vital they meet current and future needs. Thinc is managing the design and construction phases of numerous projects within the overall development. To do this successfully, we are undertaking extensive consultation with a wide range of airport stakeholders to ensure the works are properly coordinated across the precinct. For Thinc, this project goes beyond just managing the capabilities. As a result, we have adopted a collaborative approach with BAC, with the goal of enabling them to become more efficient in their delivery and managing their budget.
