The $1.5B Health Infrastructure Program is a large and complex undertaking, encompassing the redevelopment of almost all the health facilities in the Australian Capital Territory, including two major hospitals, six community health centres and other support facilities and services. In late 2008 the Thinc Health Advisory team was appointed to undertake the role of Project Program Director, with the team responsible for the completion of Project Definition Plans for all projects.
