Thinc’s Retail team has been invited by Coles Group Property Development to project manage the $16m Coles Deeragun neighbourhood shopping complex in Townsville, Queensland.
This project involves the design and construction of a Coles supermarket, together with specialty tenancies, amenities, services, roads, pavements and landscaping. Coles standards and base design documentation, including its Tenancy Fit-Out Guide, are all being integrated into the design of the project.
Our team is also working closely with the specialty tenancy fitout contractors to ensure a seamless development which fulfils all of Coles’ project requirements. The project will use the Early Contractor Involvement procurement strategy, which involves contractors being commissioned early in the design process on a competitive basis. Coles Deeragun is due for completion in 2012.
