The Thinc Beyond team was engaged to facilitate a whole day workshop with the CEO and Australian management team of InterfaceFLOR, a carpet tile manufacturer. The objective was to expose the team to what the future might hold for InterfaceFLOR and its four key customer segments, and to identify key risks and emerging opportunities. Subsequently, an InterfaceFLOR-specific trends map was developed to illustrate the four major areas of opportunity that were identified. The survey conducted after the workshop demonstrated that the participants derived both personal and professional value from Thinc Beyond’s input, with many noting that the mega-trends analysis helped them to identify areas of their business that need attention.
