The Thinc Commercial team was appointed to handle Italian International Oil & Gas Co’s move into new 500sqm premises. At 16 weeks, the timeframe available to complete this project was extremely challenging. Given this, our team advised our client to pursue an alternative procurement strategy that would enable the project’s deadline to be met. In addition to successfully meeting this project’s very tight deadline, the standard of finishes and quality achieved in the completed project was such that it won a commendation in the corporate category at the Design Institute of Australia WA Awards 2011.
