Thinc was engaged by Sekisui House to analyse and purchase multiple land holdings and development projects throughout NSW, QLD, VIC and WA. All projects had to be suitable for residential redevelopment. Sekisui House provided a capital investment cap of $200M.
The Thinc Residential team provided detailed assessments of approximately 15 englobo land holdings and 10 development projects utilising its expertise as development and project managers. Our role encompassed:
- The management of a team of legal, tax advisors and valuers
- Providing detailed financial and technical due diligence reviews of each site
- Development of detailed feasibilities and options analysis
- Identifying key risks and opportunities in each transaction
- Proposing strategies for site/project purchase
- Assisting in financiers negotiations
- Assisting in final negotiations with purchase to secure site/project
