SA Water has a large annual capital works budget of approximately $1B which funds the delivery of over 200 projects in both metropolitan Adelaide and rural South Australia. Projects underway include the North South Interconnector Project and the Adelaide Desalination Plant Project, along with expansion and renewal works across their entire network. Thinc Projects have been seconded to work collaboratively with SA Water to deliver multiple programs of work. Thinc Projects successfully established project management disciples at SA Water and, as a result, saw our contract with SA Water extended twice.
