Thinc Beyond is working with one of the Faculties of the University of Adelaide to improve the attraction and retention of students. Working with the Executive Dean, Thinc Beyond has helped him mobilise his team and build ownership of the need for the business to significantly change its practices. Working with the heads of school, Thinc Beyond has also helped identify strategies that will serve to project’s overall goal; built a cohesive team; and defined a rollout plan for this project.
