Thinc’s Retirement Living team has been engaged by Australian Unity Retirement Development Management (AURDM) to project manage the delivery of the redevelopment of the Grange Retirement Village site in Vermont South. Once complete, the development will comprise a 1,600sqm community centre (incorporating an underground car park, a swimming pool, bowling green, function space and multi-purpose rooms), a number of independent living units and 82 premium villas. The development is to be delivered in six stages, with careful consideration given to managing construction traffic in a way that will preserve the amenity of existing residents.
