Typically, team members have an engineering background which is supplemented by formal and on-the-job project management training and experience.
Members of the Infrastructure team are located throughout Australia, so they combine a national presence and perspective with a genuine understanding of local conditions.
Leveraging Thinc’s extensive experience in major property and capital works projects, our Infrastructure team has an in-depth knowledge of the best and latest project management methodology which – combined with the Thinc systems and discipline – gives them the capacity to make traditional processes in the transport, energy and water sectors more efficient and economical.
Our team works holistically across a project’s lifecycle, from managing feasibility studies to maintaining mature assets. We’re experienced in managing the micro-components that make up large infrastructure projects as well as planning and delivering macro strategies.
