The Thinc4Others team manages Thinc’s corporate social responsibility programme.
Thinc4others is where we do our bit for individuals less fortunate than ourselves, for the community and for the environment.
We do this by giving our project expertise to help create and deliver specific projects which make a difference to people’s lives or, by supporting fundraising events through active participation or by donating directly to charity. The programme provides a platform for all Thinc staff to be involved, whatever their contribution, and is represented both internally within the company and externally for society. Some examples of Thinc4Others initiatives underway include:
- FebFast, supporting young people with drug and alcohol addiction
- Property Industry Foundation (PIF), helping homeless/disadvantaged children
- Chain Reaction, supporting the Starlight Foundation for sick children
- Movember, raising awareness for prostate cancer and depression in men
- The Melbourne Mile, for Peter Mac who support and treat cancer patients
- Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, raising funds for the Cancer Council of Australia; and
- The assessment of our own Carbon Footprint
